The Berserker's job just got a little more interesting. Try not to burn yourself out! How to play Berserker Note: Keep in mind that Tripwire has stated they will do a rollback on perk levels after Early Access, and probably once or twice during. Frankly, I don't agree with a number of them. Perk images are for reference only, not as an indication of what perk choices to make. This guide won't delve too deep into which perk configurations I think you should choose - rather, this will cover some general tips, tricks, and things to know when playing each class. You can check out a full list of patch notes for the PC version here.In KF2 you have choices when it comes to choose your class perks. Other changes and additions include new emotes, achievements (on PC), balance tweaks to various weapons, a faster path to level 10, map changes, and bug fixes. The map features a crashed cargo plane and a nearby volcano that occasionally erupts, sending out a stream of lava that poses a danger. You'll be able to enjoy this all on a new map, Zed Landing. The image below details what weapons it's most vulnerable to-ideally, you'll have a shotgun or rifle to put them down. It wields a huge blade with each of its arms and is described as an "improved version of the Gorefast," the existing enemy that wields a large sword and rushes at players. The Gorefiend is a new type of Zed you'll square off against. Support players, for instance, now receive benefits when using the Medic's shotgun.

While you were previously free to use any weapon you wished, you didn't receive the benefits that come with using a weapon meant for your class. While the Bone Crusher is class-specific, this update tweaks a number of existing weapons so that they are no longer tied to a specific class (or Perk, in the game's parlance).
